Favourite Dishes:

Chicken Tikka, Smoked Salmon, Steak and chips, Tomato + Mozarella salad, Veal Escalope, This is an interesting menu. It all depends on where we are dining..after all fish and chips can be exquisitely served! I am not pretentious about what I eat. It's all about the atmosphere and the quality of the food and the people you are with.

Ideal Holiday:

Learning to paint in Provence, Safari in Africa, Painting in the Provence sounds fun, though I'd enjoy Provence more than the Painting. I'm not sure I'd have the concentration to stick at the painting...though the wine would be worth the wait! I have never been on safari and it does sound like a wonderful experience.
