Sports and exercise:

Jogging, Pilates, Skiing, Tennis, Skiing, Tennis, I Jog - not far but a couple of times a week for 15 or 20 minutes. I enjoy Pilates which I have done for a few years now and believe that it keeps your body in good shape. Skiing is my favourite sport and one I have been fortunate to have done since I was a child - I do know my limits now and enjoy stopping to look at the views!! I play tennis but

A Chinese banquet, Lemongrass and ginger marinated chicken, Lobster Thermidor, Mediterranean vegetables and Ricotta wrapped in Filo, Pate de Foie Gras, Smoked Salmon, Tomato + Mozarella salad, I love Greek/Mediterranean food but will eat almost any 'not too greasy' foods.

Ideal Holiday:

Backpacking in the Himalayas, Safari in Africa, Skiing in the alps, I want to travel to the far east following my amazing adventure to Guatemala last summer.
